Frey goes 5-for-5 in win over Reds

Lonny Frey went 5-for-5 with an RBI and 3 runs scored in today's win against Cincinnati.  Frey was unconscious at the plate, connecting for 5 singles in a virtuoso performance.  The Dodgers are now above .500 for the first time since May 7th.  Johnny Babich pitched well for Brooklyn.  He picks up the win after going 8 innings allowing 9 hits and 2 runs scored.

The Reds committed 3 errors in the game which allowed for 2 unearned runs.  The Reds have now lost 10 games in a row.

Len Koenecke hit his 44th double of the year and knocked in 3 runners.  The Dodgers had 17 at bats with runners in scoring position in the game.
