Dodgers swept by Cubs

Ki-Ki Cuyler went 4-for-5 with 4 RBI's as the Cubs defeated the Dodgers, 9-7.  The win gave the Cubs the sweep for this series.  Second baseman Augie Galan also had a 4 hit game.  The Cubs had a total of 20 hits in the game, while Brooklyn had just 11.  Chicago was also an impressive 8 for 15 with runners in scoring position.

Brooklyn starter Dutch Leonard was hit around a bit.  He pitched 6 innings, giving up 15 hits, 8 earned runs, 2 walks, 0 strikeouts.  He absorbs the loss.  Bud Tinning got the win in relief for Chicago.  He went 6 innings, allowing just 1 earned run.

Len Koenecke hit his 1st home run of the season for the Dodgers.  

Both teams scored early as the score was tied 6-6 in 3rd inning.  The Dodgers had loaded in bases with 0 outs.  The big hit that inning was the 2-run double by Tony Cuccinello.
