Dodgers give one away

It was the type of game where, if the Dodgers were in contention, it would hurt pretty bad, but as it stands it's just another loss, this time 10-7 in extra innings.  The Dodgers gave this one away, and had they won it, it would have been a much needed sweep.  But no, the Dodgers were up by a big margin, up 6-3, only to give it all back.  The Braves scored 3 in the 12th.

Let's go through that 12th inning.  Wally Berger led off with a walk.  After a wild pitch, Randy Moore walked.  Buck Jordan singled, plating 1.  Pinky Whitney doubled, plating 2.  

"We gave the game away," Mathew Williams said.  "We gave up 3 in the 8th we shouldn't have."
